Re: Clinical trial of Corlux (mifepristone) in the treatment of Cushing's syndrome
We are currently conducting a clinical trial on the use of Corlux (mifepristone) in the treatment of the signs and symptoms of Cushing's syndrome. For patients who had failed pituitary surgery or radiation therapy or those who have been uncontrolled by ketoconazole, this might be a good alternative. Let me emphasize though that this is a research study and we are looking for volunteers. If you want to learn more, please indicate your interest via this posting. Thanks.
