We are currently conducting a clinical trial on the use of Corlux (mifepristone) in the treatment of the signs and symptoms of Cushing's syndrome. For patients who had failed pituitary surgery or radiation therapy or those who have been uncontrolled by ketoconazole, this might be a good alternative.
